You\u2019ve studied the checkpoints that underlie the principles (CAST, 2018). You started moving your learners from competence toward expertise using the UDL Progression Rubric (Novak &amp; Rodriguez, 2018). You are the go-to expert on UDL for your school, college, or organization.<\/p>\n<p>Or . . . not.<\/p>\n<p>How many UDL experts do you have on your team? If you answered \u201cnot enough,\u201d this interactive webinar is for you. We\u2019ll examine what you and your colleagues can do with ten minutes a day for one month, examining and expanding 31 different ways to lower barriers and support learners from a variety of economic, cultural, and ability backgrounds (DeSilva, Nemeroff, &amp; Lopez, 2017).<\/p>\n<p>Our webinar will take the form of a lightning-round presentation of practical ways to implement all 31 of the UDL Checkpoints via a proposed month-long development calendar, with a focus on spending 10 minutes or less on each, as a starting point. After the lightning-round share, our webinar is up to you!<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll vote on the three strategies that you\u2019d like to see more about, and we\u2019ll spend ten minutes on each of the top three vote getters.
